First “organized” in 1932 during the twilight of Prohibition, Dutch's Spirits at Harvest Homestead Farm, was the site of an extensive bootlegging operation financed by the iconic mobster, Dutch Schultz. Over 80 years later, the new distillery sources ingredients from the self-sustaining farm to create unique beverages including Sugar Wash Shine.
